Promentum Consulting a specialized consultancy organization for modern ERP solutions, with Uniconta its central platform. We work with a compact and experienced team on projects for medium-sized organizations in wholesale, retail, and services. The organization is flat, pragmatic, and content-driven.
For our internal organization, we are looking for a part-time financial assistant who will ensure clarity, quality, and continuity in our financial administration.
You are responsible for (and involved in) daily financial and administrative tasks, including:
Financial administration in Uniconta
Billing and accounts receivable management
Support with payroll administration
Preparing reports (including quarterly bonuses, billability overviews)
Other support tasks such as booking travel and making reservations for employees and customers
AI and automation handle a large part of the input. Your role is explicitly focused on understanding, checking, and improving.
A solid foundation in financial administration/accounting
Accuracy and sense of responsibility
Independence and overview
Experience with Uniconta not required (we will teach you quickly)
Experience with other, more traditional accounting packages is fine.
Part-time employment (8–24 hours per week)
Flexible working hours and days, in consultation
Hybrid working possible
Location: Veenendaal (regular coordination at the office)
