At Promentum Consulting , we Promentum Consulting and optimize the Uniconta ERP platform Uniconta wholesale, retail, and professional services. No cumbersome processes, no management layers—we sit down with the customer ourselves.
For our development team, we are not looking for a "code monkey," but a developer who understands business processes.
You will work on extensions, integrations, and optimizations related to the Uniconta and our own Uniconta . This includes links, automations, process optimizations, and customization where it really adds value.
But more important than the technique:
you understand what a customer is trying to achieve.
You analyze processes, ask critical questions, and then choose the smartest solution. Sometimes that means customization. Often, it is smarter to make better use of existing functionality.
You will work closely with consultants, clients, and fellow developers. This is not a transfer factory, but direct involvement in the entire process.
We are looking for a developer who:
Understands business processes (financial, logistical, commercial)
Don't just blindly build what's in a design
Critically thinking about efficiency and scalability
Maximum reuse of existing software
Understand that less code is often better
Has knowledge of an object-oriented programming language
Experience with .NET is a plus, but not a strict requirement. Programming languages are like dialects—once you master one, you can learn the rest.
