Uniconta is a modern cloud-based ERP platform that lets you house all key business processes in one central solution. From financial administration and inventory management to CRM, project management and logistics - Uniconta combines powerful standard ERP functionality with the flexibility of a platform.
Uniconta is not a traditional ERP system. It is distinguished by its extensibility: via an open .NET API, oData structure, no-code tools, and integrated AI technology. This allows you to easily adapt Uniconta to your own processes, without custom code. Users can add their own fields, screens, and logic, allowing the platform to grow seamlessly with your organization.
Many ERP systems are cumbersome, complex and difficult to adapt. Uniconta breaks this pattern. As an ERP platform, it combines the advantages of standard software with the freedom of customization - but without the disadvantages. No slow upgrades or dependence on consultants, but a flexible solution that you manage yourself.
Whether you are a scale-up or an international company, Uniconta adapts to your operations and provides a scalable foundation for further growth and digitization.

Erik Damgaard is the founder of Uniconta. In 1983, he and his brother began developing ERP software at Damgaard Data, which later led to the global ERP systems Navision and Axapta - now known as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX. In 2002, Navision was acquired by Microsoft for $1.45 billion.
After his time at Microsoft, Erik refocused on his passion: developing user-friendly, powerful ERP solutions. This led to the founding of Uniconta in 2015. Uniconta has since grown into an international ERP platform, with thousands of customers and a strong community of partners and developers.
What makes his vision unique?
Open architecture: built with modern technology (.NET, REST APIs, oData)
User-centric: no technical barriers to expansion or adaptation
True platform thinking: ERP as an open ecosystem where applications work together
Continually evolving: native desktop app + cloud environment, automatic updates
