Uniconta A/S, developer of modern cloud ERP platform Uniconta, has announced that Bregal Unternehmerkapital (BU) is joining as a new growth partner and majority shareholder. This move gives Uniconta additional clout to accelerate its European expansion, with particular focus on the Netherlands and Germany.
For the Dutch market, this means concretely: more innovation, faster product development and an even stronger presence of Uniconta as a future-proof ERP platform for SMEs.
