Some milestones feel small - until you stop to think about what they actually mean. On August 1, we will open Promentum' s first office at Vendelier 61 in Veenendaal. A great step for us as an organization - and one that symbolizes the growth we have experienced together.
When we started Promentum, we were with a small team of specialists spread across the country. And like many of our clients, we opted for flexibility. No fixed workstations, no traditional office. Instead, we worked at clients' premises, online or booked a meeting room when necessary. Every month we all got together at a so-called Promentum day, where we shared knowledge, made plans and celebrated successes.
That approach worked extremely well. And in fact, it still does. But we are growing.
With 14 colleagues and an increasing number of projects, we noticed a growing need for physical collaboration - whether for client meetings, project work, training or onboarding. That's why we decided to create a central location. Not as a mandatory office, but as a facility available when it adds value.
Our new office in Veenendaal is centrally located in the Netherlands, right on the A12, and offers space for consultation, co-creation and deepening. Or as we see it ourselves: a place where people and ideas come together to help clients move forward. Because no matter how digital we are - sometimes meeting each other live is the best way forward.
We remain true to our core: flat organization, lots of autonomy, hybrid working and focus on customer value. But with our own location, we are also taking the next step in professionalization and collaboration.
