Promentum's AI Assistant is fully integrated into Uniconta and works with your favorite AI model, such as ChatGPT or other LLMs. The assistant is available 24/7 in Uniconta to answer questions about using the platform as well as your own company data.
Unlike traditional support or help documentation, the AI Assistant understands the context of your data: whether you select a standard field or a self-created field such as "LUX" or "Carat" - the AI knows what you mean and explains it.
Field explanations, including self-created fields. The AI understands technical terms such as "Carat" or "LUX" and explains what it means within the context of the selected record.
Comparison of records. For example, the AI compares two general ledger accounts and explains the differences for each field, including the accounting meaning.
Voice recognition. With a good headset, you can speak instructions instead of typing. The AI understands your voice command and executes it.
Giving instructions. Users can give commands such as: "Create an English product description and fill in the 'Web description' field." The AI performs this automatically within Uniconta.
Translation of texts, quotations or descriptions into any language. This facilitates international communication.
