Integration and optimization of HUUS Furniture's software landscape.

HUUS Meubelen is a leading retailer in stylish and affordable living. Customers discover their extensive furniture collection through huus.nl, where quality and design go hand in hand. As part of their digital transformation, Promentum is proud to partner with HUUS.

The challenge

Too many separate systems without interconnection

HUUS was working with several separate systems: Exact for financial administration, Vendit for store sales and checkout, and Katana as a PIM system. In addition, there were multiple web shops and portals. These systems were not integrated, which led to inefficiency and poor alignment between processes.

The solution

One central system as the basis for automation

Promentum chose a phased and targeted approach. In phase 1, we replaced Exact and Katana with Uniconta - a powerful ERP system directly linked to the renewed HUUS web shop (live since 2024). Thanks to the standard connection between Uniconta and the WMS system Bizbloqs already in use, this integration could be realized quickly.

After the successful completion of phase 1, phase 2 also saw Vendit replaced by Uniconta.

The result

Full integration and operational efficiency

With the switch to Uniconta , Exact and Katana have been replaced by one central solution for finance, PIM and retail operations. The replacement of Vendit ensures uniform sales processes - both online and in the physical store. HUUS now has an integrated system that streamlines processes, reduces errors and enables scalability.
